Khoros helps us with scheduling content, managing multiple accounts from one place, handling crises, and gathering analytics for a better decision making. The most useful feature is the possibility to get analytics that help our communication manager to take informed decisions based on relevant KPI.

Khoros allowed the company to improve social media monitoring/auditing with the analytics. This helped to take informed decisions and advance with a more streamlined strategy. We also upskilled many users via training provided by Khoros team, and quickly reacted to crisis situations thanks to the features offered by the tool.
