Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Marketing (Formerly Spredfast + Lithium)

It’s used across the entire enterprise. It’s mostly used to set it and forget it and analytics. I’d like to use it more to its potential.

Pros

  • Approval flows
  • Automatic posting
  • Analytics

Cons

  • I need to be able to preview the image in the posts that I review.
  • Autosize images based on the platform.
  • Allow posting at different times when selecting more than one channel instead of having to do it individually.
  • I wish I could prove it but we don’t do a good job of measuring and attribution.
