Khoros Marketing (Formerly Spredfast + Lithium) is used to schedule all of our social posts, analytics reports, and social listening for our social team. It helps us schedule out our posts in chunks, which saves our social team time, helps us pull all the analytics for these posts, and keeps us on top of what people are saying about our company.

We've been able to monitor our brand's presence and use analytics to continuously refine our strategy.
Intelligence has been key to keeping an eye on large social effects that may affect our brand. We are able to keep an eye on all social chatter so we can act quickly if needed.
