Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Marketing (Formerly Spredfast + Lithium)
A few departments use it. Organic Social is the biggest user, then customer service, and finally, analytics. We (social) use it every day for scheduling content. I personally will use intelligence to gather info and reports for execs and others in the company. Customer service mainly uses the Inbox function to help customers. Analytics will use intelligence and data insights.

- Scheduling, labeling, etc
- Up to speed and easy to use intelligence.
- Easy to collaborate in inbox.
Cons
- Expanded social channels (e.g. Tik Tok).
- Twitter data.
- More precise sentiment in intelligence.
- Management of organic campaigns has been vital to our success.
- Intelligence reports have been key in supporting broader business.
