Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Marketing (Formerly Spredfast + Lithium)

At DraftKings, Khoros is our daily posting platform where we schedule, post, and pull insights from their platform. The social, customer service and influencer teams are just some of the people that use the platform on a daily (or even hourly) basis. It allows us to connect and understand our customers with more ease. Having one central hub makes this even easier.

Khoros has plenty of options that social marketing professionals love, including ease of use, plenty of options, and analytics. It's nice to be able to have multiple channel owners using the same platform so that planning and coordination can occur. I would certainly recommend this platform to other social media professionals.
