We use Khoros for publishing across multiple channels

Pros

  • Ease of duplicating content across channels
  • Easily build out approval flows
  • Ability to draft content within character limitations of platforms

Cons

  • Better ongoing customer support
  • Analytics platform that includes all channels like Instagram
  • Streamlined approvals
  • Efficient publishing process
As we grow our social presence, we are finding that we need more solutions and Khoros does have those options. Although - sometimes those solutions are more expensive than we are able to pay for within our budgets.
