Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Marketing (Formerly Spredfast + Lithium)

I currently use Khoros Marketing to schedule social media content across a number of social channels and then use the data that Khoros Marketing pulls in from these posts to make strategic decisions for content creation and timing going forward.

Pros

  • Scheduling content.
  • Communication w/ other team members on specific content.
  • Analytic reports.

Cons

  • Pulling in mentions and tags.
  • Being able to add notes in the post for other approvers.
  • Data.
  • Strategy.
Khoros Marketing has been extremely customizable for our needs, which can be flexible depending on the time of year, the amount of growth, etc.

Khoros Marketing is most similar to Hootsuite but easier to use than Pardot.
Khoros Marketing is great for an organization that does a lot of social posts, has a lot of social channels, and may have multiple internal marketing team members that are working on the same projects. Khoros Marketing also is very detailed in the reports it is able to pull for social metrics.
