Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I currently use Khoros Marketing to schedule social media content across a number of social channels and then use the data that Khoros Marketing pulls in from these posts to make strategic decisions for content creation and timing going forward.

The organization has become better organized, easier to manage in terms of the social context that is being put out, as well as more time insights with the data that we are easily compiling via the Khoros Marketing platform.

Brand Management with Khoros

Khoros Marketing has made it easier to have multiple eyes on the social content that we are pushing out, which helps to leave little room for error and mistakes. There are many checks and balances we are able to put in place before content is published - giving everyone peace of mind.

Scalability

Khoros Marketing has been extremely customizable for our needs, which can be flexible depending on the time of year, the amount of growth, etc.

Khoros Marketing is great for an organization that does a lot of social posts, has a lot of social channels, and may have multiple internal marketing team members that are working on the same projects. Khoros Marketing also is very detailed in the reports it is able to pull for social metrics.
