Most of our interactions with support have been negative. We haven't had a customer success representative for some time. However, the product coaching has been able to really dig into issues when we have them and support the maintenance and usage of the system.
No. We've been very disappointed in the monitoring outside of our own brand mentions, which aren't as important as topic/influencer monitoring. We have more success with our other social listening tools.
This is really made for enterprise customers and has scaled in any instance where we've needed to.

The combination of scalability, enterprise functionality, and user experience is incomparable.
The approval workflows have really helped the team become more efficient when posting, and the analytics platform has become an essential part of our reporting to internal stakeholders. The social listening features aren't as strong, especially if you want to monitor outside of your own mentions, DMs, or replies to your updates.
