Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Marketing (Formerly Spredfast + Lithium)

We utilize this tool to ensure that our 23 brands' social can be seen on one platform.

It is a great program with many silos in place to improve communication and to ensure that things are being seen and heard by the brand teams. While it is a great tool I ranked it a seven because I believe there is still room for improvement. Addressing the influx of comments is something that could be improved as well. Perhaps the utilization of altering setting sensitivities may aid in this.

Khoros is exponentially better than this program. It is more organized and delivers a more user friendly platform. It is also very easy to communicate with the public through this platform which in actuality saves us lots of time. SMART had an issue as you could not control what came into the program, as Khoros allows for organic search terms to be the gate keeper when entering the platform and the ultimate placement of the communication between client and company.
Great for Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Not so great when it comes to direct messaging on Twitter and Instagram. The setting limitations often make it more difficult for us to communicate with clients because if they have their settings blocked, we are unable to get through in Khoros. It would be beneficial if the app was able to communicate synonymously across all channels.
