Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Marketing (Formerly Spredfast + Lithium)

Our team leverages Khoros Marketing to plan our social media across multiple channels. It allows us to amplify our voice seamlessly. We work with LinkedIn extensively; and as a smaller organization, it helps us establish our thought leadership in the corporate gifting space. Khoros has been a useful tool for our team.

Pros

  • Plan social media posts.
  • Clear and comprehensive calendar.
  • It's easy to organize content.

Cons

  • It's challenging to scrape images from existing content.
  • Images can be overly cropped for mobile.
  • Khoros cuts our content planning time in half.
  • It's easy for multiple users to work simultaneously.
There are some opportunities to enhance some features in the future. However, our team is happy with the usability of the platform.
