Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Marketing (Formerly Spredfast + Lithium)
I'm considered a power user within my company and work in the platform every day for 10+ brands within one of the subsidiaries of my company with each of those brands utilizing Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube. I create all content and schedule it via the Khoros marketing platform. I'm a huge fan of the plans feature within the platform as it allows be to easily track, report and do quick analysis of how particular content is performing. While my company also uses the Care side of the Khoros platform, I keep a close eye on the Marketing Inboxes within Khoros to see what followers may be saying about the content that I am creating. Previous to Khoros, I would have had to manually track a lot of the work that I am doing within one platform.
Pros
- Inbox streams.
- Marketing plans.
- Calendar views.
Cons
- Not as easy to post to Instagram.
- Posting GIFs to Facebook displays as static image.
- Quote tweeting in Twitter.
- Ability to quickly track campaigns across multiple channels.
- ROI of each social channel.
- Easily track incoming comments & engagement on posts.
Do you think Khoros Social Media Management delivers good value for the price?
Not sure
Are you happy with Khoros Social Media Management's feature set?
Yes
Did Khoros Social Media Management live up to sales and marketing promises?
Yes
Did implementation of Khoros Social Media Management go as expected?
Yes
Would you buy Khoros Social Media Management again?
Yes
I've sat through several RFPs for similar products to Khoros and I continue to find Khoros offers one of the best user interfaces. All platforms are limited by API restrictions so I wouldn't hold that against any product. The Khoros layout is easy to use and moving from brand to brand within the product is straightforward. I'm a big fan of the plans feature as it applies to the Content calendar (color coding!) and is just one click to get to results.
