Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Marketing (Formerly Spredfast + Lithium)

We use Khoros Marketing for our social media coordination. Using Khoros Marketing enables us to schedule our social media posts for every channel. As we have different markets urging for different needs, Khoros Marketing helps us coordinate each individual social media performance for each market no matter how much they differ from each other and no matter for which social media channel. This gives us a good opportunity to align all markets and keep consistency in our overall social media performance as a company. In addition, Khoros Marketing provides us with essential analytics which helps us improve our social media performance and adapt to current trends.

Our company has benefited from working with Khoros Support to align our social marketing strategy and goals across all markets, and to adapt them to current trends or issues based on their analysis.
Our organization used Khoros Marketing to be able to align the communication on all channels and markets. Due to this alignment, we are able to protect our brand from external risks. The overview of mentions and messages through Khoros Marketing helps us to monitor and spot potentially damaging mentions on our social media channels. This way we are able to follow up quickly and reduce the potential risks for our brand. The ability to plan our communication with Khoros Marketing helps us to provide consistent communication to our customers and prospects. This helps us build a positive connection with them and protect the brand from negative risks.
I gave this rating because I feel that Khoros gives a lot of effort to adapt to the growing companies and give them more opportunities to grow and improve themselves. Nevertheless, there is still potential for growth, as with any company.

Khoros Marketing is easier to handle when it comes to scheduling social media content and for several channels which are not possible with Facebook Meta Business e.g. In addition Khoros Marketing provides analytics of several channels, which is very helpful for companies with many channels or markets.

Khoros Marketing is well suited when it comes to managing several social media channels at one time, e.g. scheduling content on Instagram and Facebook, and Youtube at the same time or scheduling content on social media channels for different Facebook accounts (different markets and countries). It also provides us with analytics as needed e.g. analytics for all channels together or only one. Khoros Marketing is less appropriate when it comes to interaction through the channels e.g. reacting to comments on Facebook or replying to messages because we have different accounts working on the same channel which makes it hard to track whether the comment or message is already has been taken care of and of whom.
