Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Marketing (Formerly Spredfast + Lithium)

I use it for scheduling, publishing, social listening, analytics/reporting, community management.

Pros

  • Publishing set up.
  • Inbox analytics.
  • Calendars.

Cons

  • Asset library - not useful in its current state.
  • Social listening is not a user friendly setup.
  • Inbox needs improvement.
  • The ability to quickly address threats to your brand’s reputation.
Spotting potentially damaging social mentions and following up quickly via inbox and social listening.
I don't see how it can scale to be more as the current state needs improvement.
