Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Marketing (Formerly Spredfast + Lithium)

Khoros helps us address how to best manage our social media channels in one place, as well as review data and analytics that are helpful for reporting for our leadership, as well as analyze our efforts and how to best approach our next strategy.

We have better aligned our strategy through the analytics and data provided by Khoros.
Have not really used it in this way yet.
I think there are a lot of features I have yet to take advantage of in the platform - until my team grows and we have the time dedicated to it.

I would say they are pretty similar. I do find the look and ease of the tabs in Hootsuite to be very beneficial, as well as the best time to schedule/post based on historic engagement in Sprout Social to be very beneficial. I would appreciate either or both of these features somehow added to Khoros in some way.
Khoros is best suited for an organization with multiple social media channels to manage and schedule posts. I find that it would be less appropriate for an agency or an organization with multiple social media accounts for different groups/individuals.
