Pros

They provide easily setup steams.
Auto-updating of streams to keep current.
Easy to forward messaging system for notifying different people of a social media post of interest.

Cons

Pricing could be improved but support makes up for the difference.

A positive impact is that it has allowed us to effectively mitigate risk associated with threats to Boeing assets.
Additionally mitigated potential negative reputational impact of Boeing employee actions.

Scalability

It has a huge capacity for expansion and has kept up nicely as Boeing has expanded its operations and marketing.
