Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Compliance Plus

Security Awareness Training, Compliance and Functionality.
We use KnowBe4 Compliance Plus to easily manage the training program and be compliant with our Security Certifications. The ease of managing the platform makes it simple and quick. The content is always being updated which allows for a strong mix of topics and mediums from quick 5 minutes videos or more in depth training videos with quizzes. Gamification also adds a fun twist.

Pros

  • Constantly updating content
  • Continuation series is a novel idea within the training space
  • Variety of content like short quizzes, quick games or more in-depth training

Cons

  • More integrations with other email platforms
  • Solidified our business objective to include security in our DNA
  • Changed behaviour to think about security early and often within our product development
GDPR, Data Privacy, CCPA, CPRA, PII, personal data basics, the volume of different training and at differing levels allows for a variety of training options so as not to inundate and deafen the training but slowly build upon the learning.
Immense.
Time and resource savings alone are worth the price of admission.

The quality of the content has been great as there are various levels of understanding across the organization.

I think for smaller teams it's a perfect tool to introduce, develop and maintain a security trained posture. Easy to help change behaviour and build a strong human firewall.
For larger organizations it is very well built to assist with the maintenance of a security awareness training platform and allows for targeted training for purposeful content.
