Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Compliance Plus
Like many organizations, we used to have an annual 3 hour refresher on cyber security. Not only did our employees dread it, all it accomplished was ticking a box. When we chose KnowBe4, and went through our initial phishing assessment, it really demonstrated how vulnerable we were. We now offer training every other month for 15-20 minutes. The content is fresh, and interesting. Especially the storyline videos we have learned to love.
- Allows you to launch different content to different groups
- The annual refresh of modules and new content are what keep users engaged
- It's interactive with testing and it's all trackable
- Launching content in French sooner. North American languages should be prioritized
- Employee morale with respect to cyber security has increased. Everybody feels like they are benefiting from the training
- We love the number or short modules. It makes it easy for us to launch modules on a regular basis to our users when we know the content isn't going to take very long to complete
In Canada we deal with Access to Information Privacy laws. Because we work for a crown corporation we are subject to request, and the modules on privacy really help to increase our users knowledge and confidence when dealing with sensitive information. We are no longer just ticking a box. Our employees really feel more confident about spotting a SPAM versus a phishing email.
It makes preparing for regular business reviews a breeze. I can pull an executive looking report with graphs in minutes. This has come in handy when we have received questions during meeting and I was able to answer the question a few minutes later with a graph. Having this combines is a game changer. I also really like the Dashboard seeing it's the first thing you see, and it forced you to see how we are doing even when you aren't running reports.
The quality is far superior to other providers we have used in the past. The selection of different types of modules is overwhelming. It means there is just about something for everybody out there. I believe the fact that KnowBe4 invests money in producing movie quality videos is something I have never seen before. Employees enjoy this content, and we look forward to the release of new content all the time.
It's like night and day. TerraNova has far too many system limitations. Content was very limited, it was boring, repetitive, and never really improved our cyber security position. It was just a box ticking exercise. The platform was brutal to use, and required a lot of assistance to use. We did not have the ability to use the system as an LMS.
