Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Compliance Plus
KnowBe4 Compliance Plus is our platform for managing HIPAA compliance and Security awareness training. We also use the phishing test system along with the phish alert button which have been great additions for users to report suspected phishs. The training videos that are released are helpful and engaging, I especially like the groups of trainings they release occasionally, for example, for cybersecurity awareness month they had a group of courses and sample e-mails to put together a month long batch of refreshers.
