Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Compliance Plus
We use KnowBe4 Compliance Plus to target users who work with specific areas such as PCI DSS or GDPR. The purpose is to create awareness for staff and to give general reminders about ensuring compliance with products. It is used with staff throughout the organisation where applicable.

Mainly GDPR, PCIDSS, PII and a lot of general awareness around the need for compliance and why this is important.
Easy to manage, information at your fingertips and you don't have to go to different sites to get the information/data/set campaigns. It can all be done from the one platform.
The training, although basic is good because it allows me to send out reminders from time to time, and to pinpoint specific staff with specific training. I can then analyse any weaknesses/gaps and provide further training to staff. This has helped cut down on errors made by staff thus allowing more time for work rather than sorting out errors.
I am not quite sure what this question is asking. Are you asking about other KnowBe4 products or other products in general. I was using a different platform for creating staff awareness, switched to KnowBe4 Compliance Plus as it was much easier to navigate, setting up training campaigns and the content was much more engaging for staff. The metrics was also much more useful to me for reporting.
