Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Compliance Plus
We use KnowBe4 for onboarding trainings for new personnel, periodic trainings for everyone or specific teams, security awareness trainings and simulated phishing emails.
Pros
- Easy end user interface and mobile app
- Good up-to-date materials in several languages
- User info sync from AAD
Cons
- Updating new version of training material to an existing training campaign
- Help for Scorm format instructions, import or generation
- Even wider range of training topics
- Ease of user management, user info includes team and manager can be synced from eg. AAD/Entra id
- Reporting for compliance
- Managers can see the status of their teams so it's not all up to the "Sys admin"
GDPR, Cyber security awareness generally
Using one platform for all training makes it easier also for the user.
Management is simple when you can can use the pre-configured teams or user groups.
