We utilize KnowBe4 to enhance our staff's awareness around Phishing and IT compliance. We use the platform for our regular Phishing testing, as well as annual IT training. In addition to that, we utilize the compliance side of the platform to house and distribute our mandatory trainings to ensure we are compliant with our local govt. regulations (and compliant with our grant and funders). These trainings are both our in-house videos/trainings as well as links to KnowBe4 trainings and third-party trainings. Having it all in one platform makes it so much easier to track completion and compliance.

The platform has helped us meet and exceed our compliance requirements for our local Dept. of Behavioral Health contracts.

This platform makes it so much more convenient to show our compliance during our audits. Rather than have to look thru multiple platforms for training data, it is housed in one location.

So far, the library has been sufficient for our needs. We also utilize our in-house trainings, but KnowBe4 compliments that very well.
