Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Compliance Plus
We primarily use KnowBe4 Compliance Plus to assign and track sexual harassment prevention training. This helps make sure everyone in the company completes their training in a timely manor, and is auditable.
Pros
- Automation to reassign training
- Ability to preview training content
- Quality of training
Cons
- Content is already added frequently, but there is always room for a larger library
- Ability to create content inside the app
- Nothing else, it's great!
- We previously had a stand alone compliance subscription which was much more expensive than adding this module to our existing Knowbe4 account
- Automatically assigning training has saved us lots of time during our employee growth phase
- Integrating with Okta for SAML and SCIM saves time and keeps us secure
We are a US company in two different states, this has helped us make sure everyone gets the best training, it's standardized and compliant for the state with higher regulations. We don't have to do the research of what needs to be done, we find the appropriate training in the library, assign it, and we're compliant!
The ability to know who has or hasn't completed their training with a few clicks is a great time saver.
The training is engaging and easy to consume. It can be viewed in a browser or in the mobile app.
