Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Compliance Plus
We are using KnowBe4 Compliance Plus in our company to provide our users knowledge needed to comply with regulatory laws, so that they are able to protect themselves and at the same time protect the company's reputation. the KnowBe4 Compliance Plus is an addon that can be added to the KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training functionality.
Pros
- The training material is just awesome!
- Videos are really well targeted and engaging!
- The material is available in many languages and not just in English!
Cons
- Although there are many languages supported, this doe cover a certain presentence of the content and not all the content. This percentage could be higher!
- Some of the content is outdated. New content is being added, but the outdated content is still also available.
- We would like to see some group based training modules with group challenges that need to be faced / solved by groups working in a set scenario.
- The phishing simulation templates are offered mainly in English. It would be great to have more of them available in more languages.
- The damage for example a single ransomware attack would cause can't be compared to the cost of the KnowBe4 Compliance Plus trainings that can help you avoid such a disaster...
- The extent of the topics employees need to be trained for is o vast that it is unrealistic for any company to create training content on their own. No company can pay for that. KnowBe4 Compliance Plus trainings have minimal costs compared to that of creating even small a fraction of the offered content on your own resources...
- Training content management and deployment over the platform is a great time saver!
KnowBe4 Compliance Plus has helped our company meet GDPR requirements. The trainings helped our users understand what personal data is, how it should be handled and the importance of data protection under GDPR.
The Knowbe4 platform has a great way of monitoring the deployed trainings, the completion rate of the trainings. One can also monitor the results and see the progress made over the months. All this is documented with reports that can be used to prove compliance to any system requiring it.
The Knowbe4's compliance training content quality is really great. We are getting positive reactions from all our users, even from users we were expecting to have a negative reaction! The fact that people are rather enjoying the trainings is an unexpected surprise!
