We use KnowBe4 PhishER to assess and train employees. The largest entry point for ransomware and malware is employees and their email. KnowBe4 PhishER provides great training and simulation to help our employees become and remain vigilant. The ease of use is awesome, being able to easily deploy a simulation on regular intervals allows us to constantly train and get more of our time back.

KnowBe4 PhishER cuts down on the noise and when it does fire off, we get the actionable data we need to make an informed decision. As a smaller company we only have so many resources and need to diligently chose which threats get the most attention. The time it saves is invaluable.

Our organization has implemented PhishRIP, phishing templates from known phishing emails, and implemented block lists based on user-reported email threats. These features have enabled us to evaluate our users weaknesses thus allowing us to deliver focused and tailored training to where it is needed most and enabling us to tighten up filters where needed.
