Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 PhishER
We use KnowBe4 PhishER in collaboration with other KnowB4 training and simulations to develop our users' awareness of phishing attempts. The K-12 environment has recently become to the target of Phishing attempts and more significant cyber security attacks. It is mission critical that our staff and team members are aware and responsive.

- User interface is highly techincal in some areas
- Actions for phishRIP are not the most intuitive
- Usability requires higher levels of training

When a user reports a suspicious email to PhishER, it saves time for that user who no longer has to contact IT or take their best guess at whether it's a threat. The added benefit of PhishER is if the message is not a threat, it is returned to the user. Using the built-in "Report SPAM" doesn't allow for that, and messages end up lost.
We have only begun using PhishRIP, but we have some awareness of the other capabilities.
PhishRIP has allowed us to remove significant threats from all users' inboxes. This was able to be done within minutes, mitigating tons of risk.
We only have evaluated and/or used PhishER since it is a part of the complete KnowB4 package that we subscribe to.
