Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 PhishER/PhishER Plus
We began using KnowBe4 PhishER after we were the victim of a socially engineered phishing scam. We realized quickly that we need to strengthen the human firewall component of our organization. KnowBe4 PhishER offers a comprehensive application that would allow us to train our users to better protect our organization, and allow us to be proactive in our protection against potential threats.

Cons
- When customizing simulated phishing campaign emails the ability to add a upload a custom image would be helpful.
- Some of the menu options take a bit to get used to - not as intuitive as I'd like. You select a user, then you can choose from a different menu to add them to a group. Once you know, it is not difficult - but not as easy as it should be.
- The biggest ROI would come from prevention - a recent scam cost our company over $100K - and by proactively training our employees to not fall victim to these types of scams, and better yet be the first line of prevention is huge.
- Employees are actively reporting suspected phishing emails so we are able to "Rip" them from inboxes before there is even an opportunity for others to open them.
With KnowBe4 PhishER's capability of recognizing threats when they are reported, the reports are automatically processed and employees receive real-time feedback to the reports they have made without us having to intervene. The automatic resolution of threats has been a huge timesaver, because it cuts down on the manul review of incidents reported.
We are using PhishRip, and the blocklist capability currently. Being able to utilize the efforts of all employees to create a comprehensive blocklist has been great. The ability to search for threats and RIP them from inboxes has also been a huge help. Finding those identified threats and removing them before some users have had the chance to open them just helps with our overall protection and prevention.
I like how PhishER allows for user submitted threat emails and allows you to search and pull them from user inboxes with ease.

Change management was a small part of the implementation and was well-handled - There is always an element of change managment when implementing new software or a new process. It was very minimal with PhishER because it was a simple additional app (feature) in Outlook. With a few screenshots worth of training for the end-users, they were able to report emails very easily with PhishER.
