Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We implement quarterly KnowBe4 Security Awareness Trainings for all employees. It raises awareness and helps our employees remain vigilant with respect to business e-mail compromise and other security risks.

Pros

  • Relevant information.
  • Relatable content.

Cons

  • Interactivity would help employees to be more engaged in the trainings.
  • Our phishing test failure rates are the lowest they have ever been. Last quarter we saw a 0.6% failure rate.

KnowBe4 is great for quick refreshers and reminders to employees to remain vigilant. The training is quick and easy to complete, but also informative and critical to remaining vigilant against security risks.
