Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
KnowBe4 provides for training to be assigned based upon various criteria, including behavior. The ability to target relevant training reduces risk while minimizing the amount of time spent in training. For example, the addition of Password IQ allows weak Active Directory passwords to be identified, and automatically assign password awareness training. Also, the available reports easily support audit requirements.
Pros
- Behavior assigned training reduces unnecessary training.
- Content is updated regularly, keeping content fresh and relevant.
- The management interface is well designed and easy to use.
Cons
- The reporting is adequate, but could be improved by adding a custom report engine.
- By design, most content cannot be modified once a training campaign starts. The "clone" function helps create a new campaign based on updated content. But, the entire process of replacing a campaign with an updated one could benefit from a "wizard" type process.
- Employee surveys are consistently positive about their experience with KnowBe4 content.
