Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)

We use Kofax Power PDF with our executives and accounting staff. It is a great alternative to Adobe. I personally like it because it has a Microsoft Office theme, which users are familiar with. One of the features that is popular with users is the custom dynamic stamps that are used with formal reports.

It is very easy to use because of the UI design. It is similar to other Microsoft Office products, which users are already familiar with.
We prefer Kofax Power PDF because it is a one time fee instead of a subscription.
I haven't had to call their support yet. However a few times when I needed to research how to use some of the tools in Kofax their documentation and website has been very helpful.

However it was difficult to find how to transfer a license to other hardware. I ended up finding it buried on their website, but a simple uninstall will de-register the license.

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Adobe Audition
We don't use most of the features that come with it. However one I've had to train my users with is the custom dynamic stamps, which work really well.
Kofax Power PDF is a great alternative to Adobe Acrobat DC. It is a one time fee versus a subscription.
