Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)

I am a busy minister. I use Kofax Power PDF to transfer files from PDF to Word. It is amazing how quickly files are transferred. It is extremely accurate. It saves me a lot of time to be able to transfer files to Word for use in sermons, bulletins, and class materials.

  • Make it easier to cut a paste small portions of the document.
  • Make it easier to transfer documents as text only without formating.
  • Kofax has save me money over the long term over the Acrobat Reader yearly charges.
  • Kofax quickness saves me time which in turn saves me money.
  • Kofax meets my needs and has video tutorials.
I was using it before I learned of the video tutorials. I watched the tutorials and became much better at using it. The video tutorials are something I go to if I run across something I need help with. The work to make it easy to use is evidence of the commitment Kofax has made to make their product something valuable to the everyday user. I don't go a day without using Kofax. I have Omnipage as well. It works well to help me with my work.
I cancelled my subscription to Adobe Acrobat after using Kofax for less than one week. Kofax is easier to use, faster to load, faster to convert files, and much more user friendly than Adobe was. I love Kofax because it makes my work much easier. I have tried other programs as well, but they did not come near to be as productive as Kofax.
I have not contacted the support team except for messaging. They care about you. They referred me to the video tutorials which answered my questions. The video tutorials are short, to the point and demonstrate the best ways to us Kofax Power PDF. I like the videos because I can go to them at any time to review things I don't do every day. They are very helpful.

I have added material by cut and paste to a PDF. I have made forms fillable where people can enter their own information. I have taken forms and typed my own information into an existing PDF. Kofax Power PDF helps me streamline my online forms that I send out. It helps me create documents that I can use in ministry. But what I like most is the quick transfer of a PDF to Microsoft Word. I use this every day. It is a great product.
You pay for Kofax Power PDF one time. It is not an annual subscription. It is quicker than other PDF programs, and it is much more reliable. There are features for PowerPoint, Excel, and Word documents. You have to pay other programs extra money to have access to PowerPoint or Excel. Kofax has a much better product that does consistently what it promises to do.
