Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)
I use Kofax Power PDF for Mac to create and annotate .pdf documents, as well as to fill in various forms and pre-printed documents. Kofax Power PDF for Mac has been a cost effective alternative to more expensive .pdf software and has delivered an equivalent level of functionality in a very user friendly format.
- Combine documents into a single .pdf.
- OCR and search documents.
- Typewriter like function on pre-printed forms.
- Finding often used features such as Bates numbering was initially a challenge.
- Cost savings for sure!
- Intuitive use makes learning the software easy.
It is very intuitive and easy to use. To the extent a function is not easily or intuitively located, the help search function has worked well.
I selected Kofax Power PDF primarily based upon pricing. I was initially hesitant as the program I sought to replace, while expensive, was functional. Any concerns I had were quickly dispelled and I have been very satisfied with this program.
