Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)
For most PDF-related task we use Adobe Acrobat Pro since customizable actions are an indispensable part of our workflow. However, Acrobat is extremely poor when it comes to OCR. While there are some other tasks that we use Power PDF for, we process all PDFs first with Acrobat and then we apply OCR and "clean" the files with Power PDF. As such we need both programs to achieve our goal of supplying best-quality PDF files.
