Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)

We found Acobat is too powerful for our business. Nucance / Kofax is simple and friendly to use in our office.
  • Simple and easy to navigate.
  • The layout is similar to MS Office.
  • Button to insert a blank page.
  • Volume discount for small business (5-10 people) will be nice.
Agreed. The setup is very similar to MS Office, so very easy to navigate around. Not much of a learning curve.
We used Nuance for a very long time. And then, I found out they became Kofax, so we just went with Kofax. Kofax is much better then Nuance. Kofax platform is more friendly and the software runs more smoothly with Windows 10.
I did had trouble loading the software at the beginning. So I contact support. And they were able to sort my problem quickly.
After the installation, everything is running smoothly, so no support required.

We have a small office, so Kofax is good enough for our normal daily business use. Our usage with Kofax are, print to PDF, secure documents with password, and of course using it as a reader.

Yes, There were a promotion, and I just missed it by a day or two. I just asked, with no expectation. The sales rep give me the discount, although, there were some glitches, but was solved, and I received my additional discount. Very grateful about it. Thank you!
