Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)

Using Kofax Power PDF to review and edit pdf documents.
  • Does great for editing PDF documents.
  • Love that there is no monthly charge.
  • Takes a little while to figure out where some of the features are at.
  • Cost savings, not having to pay monthly subscription fees.
Migrating over from Adobe Acrobat, it took a little while to figure out where everything is at.
I needed to roll out a pdf editor to multiple users, but wasn't crazy about monthly subscription costs. Kofax solved this issue.
Up to this point, haven't had to use support. Most info can be found in the help section.

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, RingCentral, Slack, Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
The ability to edit PDF document text is the most valuable feature for me. Next up is the ability to combine various documents.
Great basic pdf editor. Doesn't have as many 3 party customizations which is okay for my needs.
