Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance Power PDF)

Kofax is used by counsel in lieu of Adobe. It is much more user friendly. We are downloading forms for use in law practice from resources needed on a weekly basis.
  • Downloads forms from legal websites
  • Easy to use by attorney who does not want to learn complexities of Adobe
  • Transfer of license was impossible when I bought a new computer; I had to rebuy the program
  • Time is money in law, and this program saves time!
I use Adobe in my court work as a Magistrate because it is what we have; I prefer Kofax which I use in my private practice.
I gave up trying to transfer my license when I bought a new computer - support was useless.

I have found it useful in all the things I need to do in my practice. The one time I had issues is when an attorney and I were working on a back and forth update.
