Overall Satisfaction with LambdaTest
LambdaTest is used as a cross-browser and cross-device testing platform. As we are part of the QA department and a remote setup, this addresses the issue of not having actual devices to test different operating systems and platforms. This also helps testing as it eliminates the need to have actual devices.
Pros
- Very accessible as multiple users can be added in each subscription
- Very reliable as it is very close to the actual device when it comes to operating system and version behavior
- There are a lot of options for devices and browsers that users can choose from when it comes to emulating and testing
Cons
- They can provide a faster and more efficient loading time so that users can be more efficient in testing
- Although the free plan is a good starting point, some essential features, such as parallel testing, are only available with paid subscriptions
- Increase more device model for more flexibility in using the app
- It eliminates the need to have an actual device which cuts the cost for the company
- It is very accessible and can be used with any browsers and operating system
- It is very accurate in emulating the actual devices and is very reliable
LambdaTest is a lot faster and has a lot of devices than its counterparts. They also provide a wider array of options for testing browsers and devices. Testing has been more efficient in my experience when I was using LambdaTest than with BrowserStack or any other emulators. More users can also user LambdaTest in parallel which is very fortunate for bigger QA teams.

Using LambdaTest
20 - Most of the users of the application LambdaTest are on the development team. They consist of software developers, programmers, project managers and business analyst. It is often used to test, develop and demo products to the client as there are limitations in actual devices. It is also used to emulate different scenarios when clients asks the team to replicate certain issues on specific devices.
There are currently no in-house support for LambdaTest at the moment. The support we receive is from the application support itself which is very responsive and can provide a very detailed instruction to fix certain issues and functionalities in the app.
