Overall Satisfaction with LastPass
I work with different clients for outreach projects. This means that I need to have access to several email accounts and SEO tools. Keeping track of passwords can be challenging and I also run the risk of a security breach if I am to use a storage system that is not secure. LastPass allows me to keep all my passwords in one place that is secure. All I need to remember is one master password and I am all set.
Pros
- I can create folders so I can group passwords that I use for a certain project.
- By downloading the website extension I can access my passwords using any computer.
- I can even manage my passwords using LastPass' mobile app!
Cons
- It can interfere with your browser's own password manager.
- It can only remember usernames and passwords, this can be challenging for websites that require multiple information to sign in.
- On the positive, LastPass increases my security and ease of access when dealing with multiple web access.
- The negative impact is that it can interfere with other password managers already installed on your browser.
