Overall Satisfaction with Later Social
I use Later Social for scheduling posting on SM, analytics, and link in bio. My organization is active on all platforms and really needs to reach wider audiences. Later Social really helps in this case to make my scheduling so much easier and faster. The user interface is easy to learn and easy to use for texts, pictures, and videos.
Pros
- Analytics - so easy to read
- Calendar scheduling - easy to quickly view and use
- Link in bio. So simple.
Cons
- when you schedule a post, a green banner pops up over all the social platforms. I really wish that wasn't there. I have to click the x or wait for it to go away so I can move to another platform. I just wish if it was going to give me confirmation, it was smaller or right next to the post on the calendar. It shouldn't cover up things I need to get to.
- Add BlueSky! It's gaining traction!
- Later Social helps me use my time efficiently - I don't have hard numbers, I just know it's easy to use and helps my brain stay organized so I can do more.
In my opinion, Later Social covers way more platforms than Salsa. I would much rather use Later Social. My org wanted me to use Salsa so it's all in the same place, but it is not as user friendly to me, and doesn't cover as many platforms as Later Social.
