Overall Satisfaction with Lead Forensics

I couldn't use the product. They lied and oversold its capabilities, strung me along for two months and charged me, and then wouldn't show up to discuss the issues. They escalated the issue to some manager who no-showed for a meeting and then accused me of doing so. Trash outfit.

They are not equipped to serve customers. They do not show up to meetings. They do not provide service. I cannot discuss the product because they can't even service their accounts enough to be able to get a grasp. This product is not good. Their sales team lies. Their service team doesn't exist.
