Overall Satisfaction with Lead Forensics
Great product which allows us to see who is viewing our website visitors and make direct contact with companies who have an interest in our brand.
Pros
- Proactive Account Management team
- Allows us visibility on web traffic
- Allows us visibility on the types or companies viewing and pages and which pages are doing well.
Cons
- It's a shame we cannot see the users details but that's more of a data security issue than a Lead Forensics one
- We would like to hide some of the pages visited from our daily reports however this seems to be a little hit and miss.
- We've engaged proactively with companies who are interested in our brand, in most cases we wouldn't have known about them
