Overall Satisfaction with Lead Forensics

As part of the business development team, we use Lead Forensics to turn data into customers. Lead Forensics tells us who is visiting our website and where they are going on it. This gives us a massive advantage for the whole spectrum of customers. Firstly, it means fresh, uncontacted customers who visit the site and look on specific product pages now are identifiable. Secondly, existing customers browsing our site now have shown us other products they may be interested in. Thirdly, we now know if our cold outreach is having success and potential customers are visiting our site. Overall, it is one of our key tools for business development and expansion.

Pros

  • Our account manager Alex does really well keeping up with us and makes sure we get the best out of the product.
  • Simple, easy to use platform.
  • In depth and useful data is provided.
  • Is very multifunctional and can be used in different ways for different results.

Cons

  • Honestly, it does what it needs to do. If you don't use it to your advantage then it cannot help, which is a user problem!
  • We have reached new customers using the product.
  • We have had lapsed customers return.
  • We have expanded the sale of different products to existing customers due to the data provided by Lead Forensics.
It is really easy to use and customisable. It can be used in any way you need it to in order to get the desired result. If you want to track international sales then it has a function that allows you to see the different countries. If it is key accounts then they can be logged and tracked as such.

We have used it for tracking businesses that visit our site. Specifically, businesses which have lapsed we have used this product to see what they have visited when they have looked at our site. Contacting them and then using the products they have viewed as a conversation piece to bring them back to purchase.
