As the manager of the business development team, Lead Forensics (LF) has some really useful features for me and my team. Firstly, I can see if any cold contacts have shown interest in our website. Secondly, I can see which members are having the most success judging on the location of the viewers.
Pros
- Tracks who views our site so we have workable data.
- Easy to use interface.
- Options to manage the data to specific account managers and to catagorise the data.
Cons
- You get what you put in. The only problems I have found with this product is when we use it incorrectly or negligently.
- Existing customers expanding their purchases of new products.
- New data from cold out reaches making them more effective.
- Expanding our business geographically by using the locational data Lead Forensics tracks.
