Overall Satisfaction with Lead Forensics

We currently use Lead Forensics to track who has been on our website, what pages they have been looking at and also the time spent on the website.
This then helps our sales team on who to prospect to, the only challenge is finding out who has been on the website from the organisation. We tend to use LinkedIn to send connections and sending messages which has been working well for us. It also helps knowing what pages they have been viewing so we can target them with the correct promotional material.

It is easy to use, but we did have some issues with the instant email reports being sent and it took over 4 weeks to get sorted!
