We're a small, family-owned business with customer service at our core. Lead Forensics has helped us drive new opportunities, discover what information and services resonate most with customers, and improve client retention. With website visitor identification, we can get a head of client concerns and offer solutions. Lead Forensics has helped provide additional support to our operations team, nurture partnerships, and set us up for long-term success.

It's a very user-friendly, straightforward platform. There probably can be some improvements made when it comes to gathering contacts, but other than that, it's very simple to use. If I run into any issues, I reach out to our Customer Success Manager, and she always helps us quickly and efficiently.
Lead Forensics offers a simpler user journey and is very cost-effective! Additionally, the customer service I've received has been phenomenal. Our Customer Success Manager schedules monthly check-ins to ensure we get the most out of the platform and helps us address any issues or needs.

If you have an inside sales team, I believe Lead Forensics can be very beneficial, and you'll receive a return on your investment. It's more challenging to see customer growth when you aren't taking advantage of all the platform offers. If you don't have an inside sales rep, Lead Forensics is still very helpful in improving your company website and seeing which pages drive the most traffic. The platform also helps improve client retention. It allows you to address potential concerns quickly and foster your partnerships.
