When I joined [company] six months ago, there was no formal lead capture process in place. One of my primary goals was to establish systems for gathering, qualifying, and forwarding leads to our sales team. We now use Lead Forensics to identify anonymous website visitors and recover potential lost leads. With this data, we're able to qualify interest and generate actionable contacts for follow-up.

  • If I were to put together a wish list, I’d like to see a numeric lead score in place of the general “warm” and “hot” tags—something that allows for sorting leads by score. It would also be helpful to have the option to edit the lead scoring criteria.
