Overall Satisfaction with Lead Forensics

I use Lead Forensics on a daily basis to check who has been on our website. It allows a cold call to be turned in to a warm call as there is something to speak about. It is a very easy and intuitive system to use.

Pros

  • Clear communication
  • Easy to use
  • Great support network

Cons

  • The accuracy of the emails on the system - sometimes they bounce back. I understand this may be out of control for Lead Forensics.
  • Warm leads converted to orders
  • Tracking existing customers activity
  • Easier conversations to have with new business
Very straight forward to use, you can't break it.

Great for new business to be prospected and also to monitor any activity of existing customers. Being able to see what pages people have visited is really helpful.

The support from the customer success manager at Lead Forensics is really helpful.
