Overall Satisfaction with Lead Forensics

I’ve recently been introduced to Lead Forensics and use this daily to identify any potential new leads and check out what existing customers are looking at and interested in.. (and bypass the unnecessary!). This is great for making initial contact with a potential customer and turning a cold call into a warm one! It gives you a talking point and already feels a more personable approach.

Pros

  • The amount of detailed information provided is useful
  • Updates on a regular basis

Cons

  • Can be a little slow at times
  • Still early stages for me so n/a for now

I find the 'pages' detailing really helpful as it provides a talking point with new or existing customers. You can research and have more of an understand of what they are looking for before picking up the phone.
