We use Lead Forensics to see who visits our website and to what pages. We can also track leads from our own mailers, plus import data lists to manage leads from tradeshows.
Pros
- Timely reporting (live) of web visitors and all associated visit data
- Lead and data management for existing customers and campaigns
- Conversion triggers are great - so useful!
- Useful dashboard overview
- Superb customer support and quarterly reviews of data
Cons
- I would like the chat window to always be minimised, as it gets in the way sometimes and I always have to close it.
- I get confused between the 'Lead Manager' and 'Data Manager' terms sometimes – I know which one to use now and I just ignore the other one!
- It has helped me focus activities on companies that are actually interested in our services and solutions
- The quarterly meetings helps me by providing techniques that focus my lead activities so that we might see the best results
