Overall Satisfaction with Less Annoying CRM
I use Less Annoying CRM for all CRM needs of my consulting company, including the systematization of customers in segments, contact management, calendar of tasks and appointments, etc. Most CRM software is bloated with features no one in a small company will ever need. This is not the case with Less Annoying CRM. The company has managed to identify exactly the needs of its target segment.

- File management (e.g. folders for files shared with a company) will be wonderful
- It has had a very positive impact on my business activities. The fact that LA CRM is quite cheap also helps the bottomline.
