Overall Satisfaction with Lessonly

Right now, Lessonly is being used by a lot of departments, but not the entire org. It's good for testing learning materials such as onboarding, product updates, and general updates about how to use our software.

Pros

  • Easy to use.
  • Good snapshot of numbers and data.
  • Getting it to users.

Cons

  • Copying a section and pasting it to another page.
  • More formatting freedom with text.
  • Ability to break pages with a clear page break or text box.
  • Increase in productivity.
  • Increase in product knowledge.
Incredible team.
Don't need all the extra features that those programs use, but could really utilize more as our company grows.
Well suited for quick knowledge checks. More tough for lengthy learning materials.
